PixelPointTV Creator Rewards and Monetization

We get that it takes a lot of effort and time to come up with awesome videos. Therefore, we have created a two-tiered rewards system to show our appreciation to creators like you, for sharing your content with PixelPointTV audiences.

Here’s How We Reward Our Creators:

Upon creator application approval, we place a creator into one of two reward tiers:

  • PixelPointTV Classic
  • PixelPointTV Featured

These tiers are based on two factors:

  • Achievement of success metrics on major video platforms, such as Vimeo, YouTube, Twitch, or Instagram. Examples of these metric achievements include above platform-average subscriber counts, strong community engagement, and consistently-higher video view counts.

  • The potential for creating an engaging viewing experience for PixelPointTV viewers. Examples of the types of content that the PixelPointTV team looks for in this area include the creation of a new content niche, strong content production, an established fanbase for the creator's content, and content that matches the viewing preferences of our viewers.

Though both the Classic and Featured tiers provide many rewards, the main difference between the two tiers revolves around monetization: Videos uploaded by creators in the PixelPointTV Classic tiers are not monetized.

Classic tier placement isn't “set in stone”, however. All Classic creators have the ability to move up to the Featured tier (and have videos monetized), once the creator has gained 75 subscribers to their PixelPointTV channel.

How to Tell Which Tier You're In:

To determine whether you are a Classic, or Featured PixelPointTV creator, click on this link.

If you see the word "earnings" listed, then your account is a Featured account. If you are taken back to the PixelPointTV home page, then your account is a PixelPointTV Classic account.

Reward Type: Channel Rewards

  • Custom Channel Link
  • Vanity URL
  • Custom Profile Links
  • Custom Creator Store

How to Claim:

Simply head over to https://pixelpoint.tv/channel.php,click "Edit" and then head to the appropriate section to make changes.

Reward Type: Social Shout Outs

How to Claim:

Submit a support ticket, include your social media channel profile links, and mention that you would like to receive your one-time channel announcement.

Reward Type: Private Support Access

  • Invitation to Private Creator Facebook Group

How to Claim:

Click here to apply to join the PixelPointTV Creators Facebook group (make sure to include your PixelPointTV channel name).

Reward Type: Tier Level Up

  • Ability to Advance to Featured Creator Tier and Get Monetized (75 subscribers required)

How to Claim:

Submit a support ticket and mention that at least one of your channels has 75 subscribers. Note, you can check out the number of subscribers for any of your channels at https://pixelpoint.tv/channel.php. Once on this page, choose your channel, click "Edit",  and then look for your channel subscriber number on the top of the page in the "Total Subscribers" area.

Reward Type: Channel Rewards

  • Custom Channel Link
  • Vanity URL
  • Custom Profile Links
  • Custom Creator Store

How to Claim:

Simply head over to https://pixelpoint.tv/channel.php, click "Edit" and then head to the appropriate section to make changes.

Reward Type: Video Features

How to Claim:

Though we cannot guarantee that every video uploaded by Featured Creator will land on a compilation channel, we will do our best to accommodate Featured Creators who follow these guidelines.

Reward Type: Advanced Social Shout Outs

How to Claim:

Submit a support ticket, include your social media channel profile links, and mentioned that you would like to receive your one-time channel announcement.

Reward Type: Private Support Access

  • Invitation to Private Creator Facebook Group
  • Invitation to Private Creator Slack Group

How to Claim:

Facebook Group: Click here to apply to join the PixelPointTV Creators Facebook group (make sure to include your PixelPointTV channel name). 

Slack Group: Submit a support ticket, mention that you'd like to join the PixelPointTV Creator Slack Group, and let us know where to send your email invite to.

Reward Type: Monetization

  • All Uploads Monetized (based on video views)

How to Claim:

Monetization for Featured creators is based on an assigned rate per 1,000 views of creator videos, known commonly as “cost per mille” (CPM) rates. Featured creators can check their current earnings at https://pixelpoint.tv/myEarnings.php. Monetization occurs automatically once creator reaches Featured Tier status.
